Project's goals
To increase consumer loyalty to Kemvod:
  • Promote additional services.
  • Enhance the attractiveness of Kemerovo water utility as an employer overall and as a starting platform for young professionals' careers in particular.
  • Simplify information retrieval and improve its visual representation — making it more readable, understandable, and visually appealing, restructuring as needed.
Tasks
The set goals can be achieved through two avenues: by providing convenient modern digital services and improving brand communication with consumers.
  • Brand Image Task: Clearly, without slogans, explain Kemvod on the website. For the average consumer, tap water is a "natural occurrence" for which they inexplicably have to pay. Interaction with the brand often arises when something goes wrong, leading to negativity. In reality, however, water supply, water treatment, and wastewater disposal are complex and costly engineering systems that require constant maintenance and modernization, which should be conveyed through the website to enhance loyalty.
  • Create a user-friendly catalog of services tailored to consumer needs.
  • Include auxiliary and service blocks.
  • Develop a modern, technologically advanced design. Not overloaded and clean, but informative.
